Leash work… errr play on a rope…

Leash work… errr play on a rope…

We were working with the kids today on the leash and they did very well. Of course, having that cold white stuff that they love around didnt hurt, bounce, bounce, eat some snow, then tangle daddies legs in the leash, such a great game!

After the playing in the snow, the kids had a cookie to reward their great behavior.

At this time, Cassie is still available to a companion, obediance or agility home. Cassie has a personality to die for, like her mom, she’s a lover, very smart and eager to please.

Lotta Snow…

Lotta Snow…

The weather has been interesting, loosing power, freezing pipes, shoveling to get the doors and gates open, you know the normal winter fare. Today, we did manage to spare some time to get some pictures of the kids playing in the fun white stuff. Okay, fun as far as they are concerned.

Snow day!

Snow day!

I don’t know, but I would wager that our kids love snow almost as much as the school kid that hears that his school will be closed. Well, maybe not that much, but real close.

The inch or so that fell last night was perfect for adventure.

Playing!

At this time only Cassie is available, she is the one that inherited the most of her mother’s temperment and personality, which is a very very special thing. With each litter it seems there is one baby that just draws you in. That is Cassie, she “had me at hello”.

Dillon will be moving to Oregon in March to live with his new mom, Cecilia. I have total faith that this will be the perfect home for the thoughtful boy. Staying in the Northwest we also know that our paths will cross again and again in the future. That means more than you can imagine.
