Our other puppy, Chapel

Our other puppy, Chapel

Here is a update on Chapel. Chapel pretty much spends his days playing with Bode our boy from Clementine’s litter. He has a personality that takes everything in stride. We have been working with him on the table and moving. On his first experience with a bath and the blow dryer, he reacted like he has been doing it everyday of his life. He just stood on the stand and seemed to delight in all the attention.

One thing about this boy, he has got to be the most grinning dog I have ever seen. Watching him you know at that moment, he is having the time of his life. Can you tell, we are feeling pretty blessed that Denise (Toshay) has shared him with us.

The grinning boy…

This picture and the following videos were taken at the city park in Colville. We took Chapel to town to visit the Big R store and work his magic on the customers, then visited the park. The park being much better for moving than the snow that has filled our yard. To be honest, we felt we would probably be in a parking lot to find an area clear of the snow.

Please forgive MY gait, those boots are not designed for actually moving.

overdue update – Copper…

overdue update – Copper…

With the puppies and dog shows and winter, I have been a bit derelict in my posts. Here are a couple of pictures of Copper from Clementine’s litter.

Copper’s birthday pictures:

As you can see on the latest picture we have from Michele, Copper has a very tough life. Poor Copper.

Copper has been doing rally and might be trying his paws with agility, I am pretty sure he will do well. He has Riley his Corgi mom to help teach him. Hopefully this spring/summer we will get to visit.

We wanted to get up some additional pictures of Cassie. Today, once the fog burned off, we received some sun, so what better time to get some pictures of the special gal.

Hopefully also we can figure out how to give a bonus view of Cassie and her mother Iris.

We were working with the kids today on the leash and they did very well. Of course, having that cold white stuff that they love around didnt hurt, bounce, bounce, eat some snow, then tangle daddies legs in the leash, such a great game!

After the playing in the snow, the kids had a cookie to reward their great behavior.

At this time, Cassie is still available to a companion, obediance or agility home. Cassie has a personality to die for, like her mom, she’s a lover, very smart and eager to please.

The weather has been interesting, loosing power, freezing pipes, shoveling to get the doors and gates open, you know the normal winter fare. Today, we did manage to spare some time to get some pictures of the kids playing in the fun white stuff. Okay, fun as far as they are concerned.
